These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 666s ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 666s website located at https://666s.bar and all associated services, games, and features.

By accessing the 666s platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read together with the 666s Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

To register and maintain an active account on 666s, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 666s strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functional email address.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 666s account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or as an agent for any third party when registering or using the platform.

666s reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 666s account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 666s will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

You agree to notify 666s immediately via the live support channel or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 666s reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your 666s account or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• Each player is limited to one account. Accounts held by the same individual on different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods constitute multiple accounts and are subject to closure.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your account remain accurate and up to date. Changes to name, address, or contact details must be reported to support.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month deducted from the remaining balance, with advance notice provided.

666s reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

666s accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Payments page of the platform, which may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your 666s account balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. 666s shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system downtime beyond our reasonable control.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 (subject to change; check the current Payments page for the latest limits).
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day, subject to bank processing times.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 666s account holder.
• 666s reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

All withdrawals are subject to standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending submission of required documentation. 666s processes all withdrawal requests in the order received and will communicate any delays transparently through the account dashboard or live support.

666s offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps from bonus winnings.

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed the standard registration and verification process.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise (e.g., deposit + bonus).
• Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — check individual offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 666s reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value outside of their specific promotional context.

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

All random number generator (RNG) games are independently audited for fairness and statistical compliance with their published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studio facilities and are subject to continuous operational oversight.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point that a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet settlement, 666s reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds — including pricing errors — may be voided at the platform's discretion, with stakes returned.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when participating in live games. 666s is not liable for disconnection losses arising from the player's own network issues.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through exploits, bugs, or third-party software will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666s platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or using fictitious or borrowed identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multi-player game formats.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Unauthorised access to other players' accounts or any attempt to access 666s backend systems.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform's operation or negatively affects the experience of other players.

All content on the 666s platform, including but not limited to the 666s brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other original works, is the exclusive intellectual property of 666s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666s platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any 666s content without prior written authorisation.
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform or its software.
• Using the 666s brand, name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 666s intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

666s collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the registration and verification process — including your name, date of birth, CNIC details, mobile number, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with our international licensing obligations.

• 666s will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Loss of account access due to forgotten credentials, device loss, or network issues on the player's end.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by events beyond the platform's reasonable control, including internet outages, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors that result in delayed, failed, or reversed transactions.
• Any reliance placed by you on the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the platform.

666s's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666s reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 666s will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email or a prominent platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

666s may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 666s is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.
• You have requested account closure voluntarily.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and provided no investigation into your account activity is ongoing.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666s holds its international gaming license. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure.
